Tony say’s they haven’t been catching live bait yet, but the fish are eating jigs and trolled lures very well, and the fish are hungry! This trip was led by Eric Miller from The Longfin tackle store, along with his wife Cindy and their son Kyle. The weather was good, the big Yellowtails up to 40lbs were at Snake Island. Anglers returning from the trip are telling me the Cabrilla seem larger than past years, with a 16lbr being landed on the last trip. Over the past six years, the Tony Reyes has reported the quality and quantity of the catch as improved every year. Back to the Good Ole Days!
